Far Cry New Dawn is the most recent release in the Far Cry series and is a spin-off of the game Far Cry 5. If you played Far Cry 5, you'll know that the game is set in the fictional Hope County, Montana where a cult has taken over the county. A nuclear war ravages the planet at the end of the game, setting the scene for the post-apocalyptic Some character in FC5 return in new Dawn.Play FC5 first then New Dawn. They have to be in the same world since your dog Boomer from FC5 is brought back in FC6 as Boom Boom. It's not just a coincidence or one that looks the same, since there's a note where you find him that explains them bringing him over from Montana.
Far Cry: New Dawn had several outposts around the map for players to liberate and conquer. Unlike other games these outposts are repeatable. Far Cry: New Dawn's version of Far Cry 5's bunker
Personally, I enjoyed 4 more than 5. From a gameplay perspective, they’re pretty similar. 5 has some really cool ideas about exploration, but its progression system leaves a lot to be desired.
I’ve googled it and posted here and found nothing. Farcry because at least it works (mostly. A few small bugs here and there) on launch. the games are very very similar in gameplay and mechanics, but cyberpunk has the story and graphics over Far Cry, but It is slightly more polished. New Dawn is, I think, more in the usual FC style if that interests you more. CheadleBeaks • 4 yr. ago. Ha, yeah no way in hell I'd spend $50 for it. The prehistoric aspect does interest me, but since I think 3 and 5 are my favorites, New Dawn would be the better choice right now. Thanks! VHx5EB. 90382914740745881444469
